Your camera counts every rep.

Kinedot tracks your joints live, counts each rep, checks your form and talks you through the set.

How a rep gets counted

  1. Prop your phone up

Side-on, a couple of metres away. Kinedot tells you when your whole body is in frame.

  2. Start your set

It follows your shoulders, hips and knees through every rep, and only counts the ones that reach the bottom.

  3. Hear every rep

The count and form cues come through your speaker or earbuds, so you never look at the screen.

It talks you through the set.

Rep counts and form cues out loud. Say "pause" or "next set" when your hands are busy.

XP only for reps the camera saw.

Streaks, levels and weekly leagues you can opt into. Partial reps still count, for half the XP.

Your video stays on your phone.

Tracking runs on the device. Nothing uploads unless you ask for a deeper analysis.
